REGISTRATION DETAILS:

 

Registration for the 2016 Mini Triathlon scheduled for Sunday, August 14, 2016 will open March 1, 2016. Early bird registration will end on June 30, 2016 at 11:59PM. All registration will end on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 6:30PM. NO LATE NOR WALKUP REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED! This is due to the amount of time needed to verify and properly seed all athletes.

 

A maximum of 600 registrations will be accepted for each race (Main Event and KiDs Event) on a first come first serve basis.

REGISTRATION FEES* (NO REFUNDS):

Early Bird Rates (prior to 6/30/16 @ 11:59PM)

Main Event (Individual) = $55/person

Main Event (Team**) = $30/person

KiDs Event (Individual) = $45/person

KiDs Event (Team**) = $20/person

 

Regular Rates (begin 7/1/2016 @ 12:00AM)

Main Event (Individual) = $65/person

Main Event (Team**) = $40/person

KiDs Event (Individual) = $55/person

KiDs Event (Team**) = $30/person


Following successful completion of registration and payment, a confirmation receipt will be emailed to the email address provided by the registrant from support@raceit.com. *Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Fees listed above do not include ItsRaceTime, Inc. processing fee. Fee includes race fee, chip timing, performance t-shirt***, BIB #, Vendor Give-aways, Water/Sport Drinks/Fruit/Nurition Bars, 1st/2nd/3rd Placement Awards, Eligibilty for Grand Prize Triathlon Bike, Finishing medals for all Athletes, live music entertainment, $5 donation to charity of choice and Post Event sandwich and beverage of choice (Beer or Soft Drink). There is NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION.

 

** Three (3) separate individuals required for Relay Teams / No two person teams permitted.


*** Must register by Wednesday, July 20, 2016 to ensure you receive your perfomance t-shirt at packet pick-up. Registrations after July 20th, t-shirts will be available two weeks after the race for pick up at the Woodridge Park District, Community Center, 2600 Center Drive, Woodridge, IL 60517

ACCURATE SWIM TIMES REQUIRED

The success of the race is dependent on the accurate seeding of athletes by their swim time. Therefore, it's critical that you submit and update your swim time as you train prior to the event. The online registration system is set up, so that, you can personally update your own swim time prior to the event. Click here for direct link to update your swim time after you register. To revise your swim time, you will need your birth date and registration confirmation #, which can be found on your confirmation receipt which was emailed to you from support@raceit.com.

 

Revised swim times will be accepted up to 8/12/16 prior to 6:30 P.M.

 

PRE-EVENT LAP SWIM OPPORTUNITIES

For registered Woodridge Mini Triathlon participants, lap swim is available at the Woodridge Park District's Cypress Cove Family Aquatic Park, 8301 S. Janes Avenue, Woodridge, IL, for 50% off the published lap swim rates. To recieve the 50% discount a copy of the Woodrdige Mini Triathlon registration confirmation (sent by email under the email name support@raceit.com) must be presented at time of admissions. 

 

Adult Lap Swim Only - Daily from 6:30-8:00 p.m.  

Lap Swim All Ages (8/1/16 through 8/12/16)  M-F / 6:30 - 10:30 a.m.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Financial assistance is available for any individual residing within the Woodridge Rotary service boundaries wishing to participate that is under financial hardship. Details apply and all information is confidential. PACKET PICK-UP TIMES: 

Registered athletes may pick up their packets on Friday, August 12, 2016 between 5PM and 8PM and Saturday, August 13, 2016 between 9AM to 3PM at the Woodridge Park District, Community Center, 2600 Center Drive, Woodridge, IL 60517
