General Pre-Event Information
The 14th Annual Mini Triathlon is scheduled for Sunday, August 18, 2013 7AM (Main Event) & 10:30AM (KiDs Event) at Woodridge Park District's award winning Cypress Cove Family Aquatic Park, 8301 S. Janes Avenue, Woodridge, IL - Google Map
The Main Mini Triathlon event entails a 250 yard swim (10 lengths of pool), 6.2 mile bike, and a 2 mile run. Athletes are seeded by Swim Time.
The Kids Mini Triathlon event for kids ages 7-12 consisting of a 100 yard swim (4 lengths of pool), 3.1 mile (5k) bike, and a 1 mile run. Kid athletes are seeded by swim time and by oldest to youngest.

Main Triathlon Event – $45/individual
Main Event 3 Person Relay Team - $25/per team member
Kids Mini Triathlon Event - $35/individual
Kids Event 3 Person Relay Team - $15/per team member
Regular Rates* (beginning July 1, 2013):
Main Triathlon Event – $55/individual
Main Event 3 Person Relay Team - $35/per team member
Kids Mini Triathlon Event - $45/individual

*Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Fees listed above do not include ItsRaceTime, Inc. processing fee. Fee includes race fee, chip timing, 50/50 t-shirt ($10 extra for Performance T-shirt), BIB #, Goodie Bag, Water/Sport Drinks/Fruit/Nurition Bars, Awards, Eligibilty for raffle prizes to include Grand Prize Triathlon Bike, Participation Medal for KiDs Race and under 13 for Main Event Race participants, and Post Event sandwich and beverage of choice (Beer or Soft Drink). There is NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION.

PACKET PICK-UP TIMES:
(PRE-RACE PICK-UP) Registered athletes may pick up their packets (goodie bags) on Friday, August 16, 2013 between 5PM and 8PM and Saturday, August 17, 2013 between 9AM to 3PM at the Woodridge Park District Community Center, 2600 Center Drive, Woodridge, IL 60517.
(RACE DAY PICK-UP) Registered athletes may pick up their packets (goodie bags ) on Race Day, Sunday, August 18, 2013 between 5:30-6:30AM for the Main Event and 9:15-10:15AM for the KiDs Event.
We strongly encourage athletes to pick up their packets prior to race day due to the following reasons:
1) Official BIB # is required In order to access to the main parking lots (Cypress Cove's & Orchard Hill Park) the day of the race.
2) Official BIB # is required to directly access the bike transition area and avoid the long lines for check-in on day of the race.
ACCURATE SWIM TIMES REQUIRED
The success of the race is dependent on the accurate seeding of athletes by their swim time. Therefore, it's critical that you submit and update your swim time as your train prior to the event. The online registration system is set up, so that, you can personally update your own swim time prior to the event. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS (PREFERRED)
For athletes, spectators, & guests needing overnight hotel accommodations the night of August 17th, the Rotary Club of Woodridge recommends Aloft Bolingbrook. Athletes will recieve a discounted rate of $109/room plus taxes/fees if reserved prior to July 18, 2013. Rooms are limited and available on a first come first serve basis.
